#Vegan Romaine Lettuce Wraps filled with Onion, Tomato and Avocado
open a romaine lettuce leaf fill with mashed avocado plus slices of tomato and onion. Tuck in one side and roll with filling toward the spine. Place each one snugly into a sealable container then refrigerate. Individual wraps make a great snack or you can have the whole batch for your lunch.
