Ingredients:

• 2 heaping tablespoons of ©Lee Hiller’s Beyond #MeatlessMonday vegan protein mix
• Frozen cantaloupe, peaches, tangerines and banana
• Fresh beet and ginger
• Spring water

Instructions:

1. Fill your blender pitcher with frozen cantaloupe, peaches, tangerines and banana with beet and ginger
2. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of my vegan protein mix. Top up to ¾ mark with spring water and blend

Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

• 2 tablespoons raw sprouted brown rice powder
• Fresh ginger, strawberries and sweet potato
• Frozen watermelon, lemon, pink lady apple and bananas
• Spring water

Instructions:

1. Fill your blender pitcher with fresh peeled sliced ginger, whole strawberries and sweet potato slices plus frozen watermelon chunks, lemon slices, apple wedges and 1 banana then top up to ¾ mark with spring water
2. Blend together
3. Add 2 heaping tablespoons sprouted rice powder
4. Add another banana then blend again

Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

• Frozen watermelon, cantaloupe, oranges and bananas
• Fresh carrots and ginger
• Spring water

Instructions:

1. Fill your blender pitcher with frozen   watermelon chunks, cantaloupe chunks, orange slices and 1 bananas with fresh carrot chunks and peeled sliced ginger
2. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of my vegan protein mix. Top up to ¾ mark with spring water and blend
3. Then top up to ¾ mark with spring water Blend together
4. Add another frozen banana then blend again

Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

• Frozen watermelon, plums, tangerines and bananas
• Fresh Strawberries
• Spring water

Instructions:

1. Fill your blender pitcher with frozen   watermelon, 1 banana, tangerine slices and plum wedges plus fresh strawberries top up to ¾ mark with spring water
2. Blend together
3. Add another banana then blend again

Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

Ingredients:

• 2 heaping tablespoons of ©Lee Hiller’s Beyond #MeatlessMonday vegan protein mix (recipe)
• Fresh limes
• Frozen bananas, ponderosa lemons and apples
• Spring water

Instructions:

1. Fill your blender pitcher with frozen ponderosa lemons, bananas and apples top up to ¾ mark with spring water
2. Blend together
3. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of my vegan protein mix (approx. 20g of vegan protein)
4. Add 1 medium lime (sliced peel on)

Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

Dessert Base:
For each medium aluminum loaf pan (serves 4) use two GH Lemon Coconut Bars slice in strips then press in pan to fill bottom. Place in freezer while making filling.

 

Dessert Filling:
For each loaf pan you are creating add to blender 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, 3 frozen banana halves, 1 sachet of GH Vanilla Protein Powder and top with your choice of nut milk (almond coconut is really good!).  Blend then add either addition nut milk or frozen banana pieces to get a soft serve consistency.

Pour mixture over lemon coconut bar base in pan(s) and cover with foil.  Freeze until firm (usually 2-3 hours)

A quick to make dessert which is a healthy option for the entire family.

Vegan no cook veggie bean soup

• 1 cup spring water
• 1 can organic diced tomatoes
• 2 cans organic garbanzo bean (save the liquid (aquafaba) in a glass jar and refrigerate for an upcoming dessert)
• 1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
• 1 small onion
• 4 stalks of organic celery
• 2 large organic carrots

Empty diced tomatoes into a pot. Use cup of water to rinse the tomato left in can then add to pot. Empty drained garbonzo beans and 1/4 cup liquid aminos. Stir and add chopped onion and celery then stir again. Grate the 2 large carrots and stir into mix.

Let sit 1-2 hours and marinade (overnight in the refrigerator is even better)

This can be served cold as is or gently warmed (not boiled).
