In food processor add
- 3 cups cooked black beans
- 3 cups cooked chickpeas
- 6 peeled garlic cloves
- Spices
- 1/4-1/2 cup aquafabba
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup chopped asperagus stalks
Pulse until mixture is crumbly
Scrape mix into large mixing bowl then add
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Mix together to create vegan burgers and loaves
Freeze and or cook
