Lee’s Easy Vegan Veggie Burger Loaf Mix

In food processor add

• 3 cups cooked black beans
• 3 cups cooked chickpeas
• 6 peeled garlic cloves
• Spices
• 1/4-1/2 cup aquafabba
• 2 tablespoons Oil
• 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
• 1/2 cup chopped asperagus stalks

Pulse until mixture is crumbly

Scrape mix into large mixing bowl then add

• 1 cup cooked brown rice
• 1 cup bread crumbs

Mix together to create vegan burgers and loaves
Freeze and or cook

• Frozen watermelon, lemon and pear
• Fresh strawberries, bananas and tangerines
• Spring water

Instructions:

1. Fill your blender pitcher with frozen   watermelon chunks, lemon slices and pear wedges with fresh strawberries, tangerine slices and 1 banana
2. Then top up to ¾ mark with spring water and blend together
3. Add another banana then blend again

Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

• Frozen cantaloupe, peaches, tangerines and banana
• Fresh beet and ginger
• Spring water

Instructions:

1. Fill your blender pitcher with frozen cantaloupe, peaches, tangerines and banana with beet and ginger
2. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of my vegan protein mix. Top up to ¾ mark with spring water and blend

Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

• Frozen honey crisp apples, oranges and bananas
• Spring water

Instructions:

1. Fill your blender pitcher with frozen honey crisp apples, 1 banana and oranges top up to ¾ mark with spring water
2. Blend together
3. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of my vegan protein mix (approx. 20g of vegan protein)
4. Add another 1-2 frozen bananas then blend again

Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

• Frozen cantaloupe, oranges, bananas, strawberries and apples
• Coconut milk and spring water

Instructions:

1. Fill your blender pitcher with frozen   cantaloupe chunks, orange slices, 1 banana, strawberries, and apples plus carrots and grape fruit wedges.
2. Then top up to ¾ mark with spring water and a splash of coconut milk.
3. Blend together
4. Add another frozen banana then blend again

5. Add 4 wedges of frozen apple and another frozen banana then blend again
