Ingredients:
- 2 heaping tablespoons of ©Lee Hiller’s Beyond #MeatlessMonday vegan protein mix (recipe)
- Frozen watermelon, cantaloupe, oranges and bananas
- Fresh carrots and ginger
- Spring water
Instructions:
- Fill your blender pitcher with frozen watermelon chunks, cantaloupe chunks, orange slices and 1 bananas with fresh carrot chunks and peeled sliced ginger
- Add 2 heaping tablespoons of my vegan protein mix. Top up to ¾ mark with spring water and blend
- Then top up to ¾ mark with spring water Blend together
- Add another frozen banana then blend again
Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

Ingredients:
- Flax and chia seeds
- Frozen watermelon, plums, tangerines and bananas
- Fresh Strawberries
- Spring water
Instructions:
- Fill your blender pitcher with frozen watermelon, 1 banana, tangerine slices and plum wedges plus fresh strawberries top up to ¾ mark with spring water
- Blend together
- Add another banana then blend again
Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

Ingredients:
- Frozen Watermelon
- Fresh kiwi fruit, bananas and pineapple
- Coconut milk and spring water
Instructions:
- Fill your blender pitcher with frozen watermelon chunks plus fresh kiwi fruit peeled, 1 banana and pineapple chunks
- Top up to ¾ mark with spring water
- Add a big splash of coconut milk
- Then blend
- Add another banana and blend again
Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.

- Fresh limes
- Frozen bananas, ponderosa lemons and apples
- Spring water
Instructions:
- Fill your blender pitcher with frozen ponderosa lemons, bananas and apples top up to ¾ mark with spring water
- Blend together
- Add 2 heaping tablespoons of my vegan protein mix (approx. 20g of vegan protein)
- Add 1 medium lime (sliced peel on)
Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.
