Baked Kale Chips

1. Set oven to 300 F
2. Tear washed and dried kale into 3 inch pieces.
3. Lightly olive oil baking sheet and sprinkle with salt then rub kale pieces both sides and spread out on pan.
4. Bake 4 1/2 minutes
5. Flip kale bake 1 1/2 minutes
6. Turn off oven let sit for 5 minutes

Take out, enjoy! This method keeps them crisp without browning. #healthy #vegan #protein
