Happy first day of Autumn!
- 2 heaping tablespoons of ©Lee Hiller’s Beyond #MeatlessMonday vegan protein mix (recipe)
- Frozen honey crisp apples, oranges and bananas
- Spring water
- Fill your blender pitcher with frozen honey crisp apples, 1 banana and oranges top up to ¾ mark with spring water
- Blend together
- Add 2 heaping tablespoons of my vegan protein mix (approx. 20g of vegan protein)
- Add another 1-2 frozen bananas then blend again
Add more spring water as necessary and blend until pureed.
