- Fill pot with collard greens, chopped onion and tomatoes.
- Top with water brought to a simmer containing basil leaves, not-chick’n broth cubes and minced garlic.
- Cover let sit 30 minutes.
Adjust number of cubes and garlic cloves to pot size and volume of water. for every two cups of water use 1 not-chick’n broth cube and 2 garlic cloves.
