Baked Kale Chips
- Set oven to 300 F
- Tear washed and dried kale into 3 inch pieces.
- Lightly olive oil baking sheet and sprinkle with salt then rub kale pieces both sides and spread out on pan.
- Bake 4 1/2 minutes
- Flip kale bake 1 1/2 minutes
- Turn off oven let sit for 5 minutes
Take out, enjoy! This method keeps them crisp without browning. #healthy #vegan #protein
